Documentary about the homeless Romanian children who had taken refuge in the subway of Bucharest. These children were the most striking consequence of the collapse of the Ceausescu regime. According to the author, 20 000 children in the streets - a clear indication of a national catastrophe experienced by Romania. The author tried to trace the fate of several of them, trying to survive in subhuman conditions.
This is not a special report! This is a documentary film - the operator watched several children, without interfering with, sometimes, terrible situation! The author does not comment on video sequence, leaving behind us the right to make their own conclusions from this film.
